لقد كنا محظوظين فعلا بالتقائنا بشركة منازل الريفييرا التركية-مقارنة ببعض شركات العقارات الاخرى فلقد وفروا علينا الوقت والعناء. اشترينا عقار تحت الانشاء(على المخطط) في مدينة سيده, ولقد قامت السيدة زكية بتحصيل عقد دقيق جدا و تفاوضت لنا على تفاصيل مهمة جدا مثل اعادة بيع العقار بعد تسليم المشروع, وغرامات في حال تأخر تسليم المشروع من قبل شركة الانشاء. عند انتقالنا هذه السنة الى منزلنا الجديد قامت شركة منازل الريفييرا التركية بمساعدتنا في امور كثيرة, فتح حساب بنكي الأشتراك في خدمات مثل الهاتف النقال وامور اخرى عديدة! من خلال تجربتنا سيده مدينة رائعة للاقامة أو لتحصيل عائد ايجار ممتاز من خلال تأجير العقار اذا ما اردت.
